Week 1 is all about icing. Students will learn different kinds of icings. We will teach you making it from scratch, coloring and applying to real cake/ cupcakes. We will also teach different techniques and talk about tips used in cake decorating and how to apply it.
If you will like to have your own tools to take home after class, we have kits available for purchase at $75.

We will provide the guided instruction and each participant decorates cupcakes to take home. Pricing is for one decorator and includes 12 cupcakes and all the goodies needed to create your delicious masterpiece, access to tools, gloves, aprons, (depending on the package you buy), and best we’ll clean up the mess, too!
