In week 3, you will learn how to properly level 3 layers of cake and stack it. You will also learn several frosting techniques and sharp edge- finishes.
You will apply what you have learned from past classes plus learn about drip chocolate and few more frosting techniques.
If you would like to have your own kit and take home after, you may purchase it for $75.

We will provide guided instruction on how to properly stack and decorate a cake. Each participant will decorate a 6 inch- 3 layered cake.
Pricing is for one decorator and includes all materials and tools needed to create your delicious masterpiece. Best of all, we’ll clean up the mess, too! Advance registration & payment are required.
