A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and you receive confirmation from The Canvas Cake Studio.

Each package includes a guided decorating experience, prepared cakes, cupcakes, or cookies, buttercream, decorating tools, sprinkles, instruction, and packaging for each participant’s creations. Please review your selected package for its specific inclusions.

Party packages include up to 8 decorating participants.

Additional participants may be added up to the maximum capacity of 16.

The cost for each additional participant depends on the selected package and will be listed in the package description.

The package price remains the same because it reserves the studio space, instructor, preparation time, and supplies for up to 8 participants.

Cupcake decorating is recommended for ages 5 and older.

Cookie and cake decorating are recommended for ages 7 and older. Younger children may need help from an adult.

Cupcake, cookie, and one-layer cake parties last approximately 90 minutes.

Two-layer cake parties last approximately 2 hours. Additional time may be added when certain upgrades are selected.

Only guests who are decorating count as participants.

Because seating and studio space are limited, please let us know in advance how many parents, siblings, and other non-decorating guests plan to stay.

A responsible adult must remain on-site for the duration of a children’s party unless a different arrangement has been approved in advance by The Canvas Cake Studio.

You may bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverages. Please keep the food simple and ready to serve, as kitchen preparation and storage are not included.

Outside cakes, cupcakes, and desserts are not permitted. The Canvas Cake Studio can provide celebration desserts or help you choose an appropriate add-on.

Yes. Simple tabletop decorations are welcome. Please do not bring confetti, glitter, silly string, wall tape, nails, or decorations that may damage the studio. All decorations must be removed at the end of the party.

Your final participant count, project selection, and add-ons are due 7 days before the party.

Additional participants may be added after that date only if space and supplies are available. Reducing the guest count after the deadline will not reduce the balance due.

You are welcome to request another time.

Availability depends on the studio schedule, staffing, and the time needed to prepare and clean between events.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Parties must end at the original scheduled time, even when the group arrives late, because another event may follow.

The service charge supports the preparation, setup, instruction, service, and cleanup required for your event. It is not a gratuity. Additional tipping is never required but is always appreciated.

Participants take home the cakes, cupcakes, or cookies they decorate. Packaging is provided so their creations can travel home safely.

Deposits are nonrefundable. Rescheduling and cancellation eligibility depend on how much notice is provided.
